1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VizRC ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use VizRC.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (session data, setup notes, photos). By posting content, you grant VizRC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it within the App and on share card previews. You may delete your content at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload false or misleading race data; harass, impersonate, or abuse other users; attempt to reverse-engineer the App; use automated tools to scrape data; or violate any applicable law.

5. Automated Access and Data Reuse

These terms apply whether or not you hold an account, including to anyone who visits our public pages.

Racer data is not open for reuse. Sessions, lap and setup data, results, notes, photos, profiles, and anything derived from them belong to the racers who created them. You may not copy, aggregate, extract, or redistribute that data, whether by hand or by any automated means including crawlers, scrapers, or headless browsers, and you may not use it to train a model. This is the data VizRC exists to protect, and we enforce it.

Track facts are not. The plain facts about a venue — its name, city, address, surface and website — are facts about a real place, and we make no claim to own them. If you are building something for RC racers and want that information, ask us at [email protected] rather than crawling for it, and we will most likely just give it to you.

General-purpose search engines may index our public pages in the ordinary way, respecting robots.txt. Bulk extraction is a different thing and is not permitted.

6. AI Features

AI coaching, vehicle identification, and OCR features are provided for informational purposes only. AI outputs may contain errors. VizRC is not liable for decisions made based on AI recommendations.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

VizRC Pro is available as an in-app subscription managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by the respective platform. You may cancel at any time through your device settings.

8. Third-Party Services

VizRC integrates with LiveRC, RCSP, and MultiGP for result imports. These services are operated by independent third parties. VizRC is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

9. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion from Settings. Your account will be deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. You may reactivate during this window by signing in.

10. Limitation of Liability

VizRC is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VizRC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice.
