Platform & venue operators

VizRC identifies itself when it fetches a page you host, and only ever fetches what a racer explicitly asked us to look up — never a background crawler. If you run a timing platform or venue and would like us to change how (or whether) we access your site, email [email protected] and we will honor the request.

Track listings

VizRC lists RC tracks so racers can find where they race. Listings hold public facts about a venue — name, city, surface, address, website — and never organizer names, email addresses or phone numbers. Most listings have not been confirmed with the track, so they are shown as unverified until someone who knows the place tells us otherwise.

If you run a track: to correct a listing, claim it, or have it removed, email [email protected] with the track name. We will acknowledge the same day and remove a listing on request — you do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you to justify it.

If you run a site we listed from: tell us and we will stop using it and remove every listing that came from it.

Racers can also report a closed, moved or incorrect track from inside the app, on the track's own page.

Track locations outside the United States are geocoded using OpenStreetMap data, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License. Locations within the United States come from the US Census Bureau geocoder.
